Fair warning, this can get tough, but it does have one hell of a bow of salvation. This is listening about justification and forgiveness. Hear the plight of the wrongful accusation that has plagued marginalized communities, and celebrate the work being done to correct the broken system.

The book focuses primarily on the story of Walter Macmillian, the man who was accused of the murder of Rhonda Morrison and unjustly convicted of execution, despite a failed investigation and evidence to the contrary. Follow his perilous journey through the prison system until his eventual release, and the challenges that come with reintegration. It’s a heavy subject but makes for compelling listening, and in a more uplifting twist, Walter# gets better with the lawyer he helped edit. We love love.
